CWT Guardian

The CWT safety and security suite, known as CWT Guardian, is a two-tier offering that includes both a Standard and Enhanced components, each of which has specific elements. The Standard product offering is available to clients at no additional charge and includes destination information, specific incident alerts, and incident reporting (traveler tracking). CWT Guardian’s Enhanced product offering, enabled by a reseller agreement with iJET, integrates a client’s PNRs with traveler and trip-specific tools and information.

  • Incident reporting:

 

 Incident management reporting is provided from CWT’s reporting systems 

 

When an incident occurs, CWT’s incident management team convenes to determine if this incident should have reports run 

 

 The LHR 24-hour center will generate all internal & external   communications SMS & /or e-mail to alert recipients of the incident & how to obtain reports 

 

 Data sources may vary by regions, but reports are posted either to Discovery or to the documents tab in the CRM tool where Account Management may access all regional reports in order to consolidate them for a global client Reporters de Incidents
